My restaurant offers one signature dish- the Spanish tortilla metrum locally-sourced, healthy chicken eggs and the freshest potato and onion available. The tortilla is crafted to a golden colour exterior and a fluffy interior that is packed with flavour. All dishes are cooked by me - with the utmost care and attention, resulting in a dish that is both visually appealing and delicious. I take bright in my craft.
You can order 24 hours to 2 hours before pickup time to ensure the quality of the tortilla. Thank you.
